So on my 2007 pontiac g5 my stock door speakers are 4.5 inches and all i can find for new speakers is 4 or 5 inches. What is easier go bigger or smaller? Help Please

I see what you mean. I would definitely talk to one of our Install Bay technicians and get his/her take on this. Seems like the option is to either have a trim piece to cover the extra if you install the 5" speaker or you'll have to cut out more of the door panel to accomodate a 4" speaker. I'm checking into this further and will post what I find out.

Have you pulled the speaker out of the car yet because every iteration of audio system in the G5 is 6 1/2" in the front and 6x9 in the rear.  Where I might be wrong not worked on many of these cars our site does only list those sizes and metra aswell.
