So I bought two pairs of Alpine car speakers and put them in my car. Well about a week ago my head unit had a minor freak out and now the front pair is blown. When I purchased the 2 year warranty on both pairs. Can I still take them to the store to return them if I don't have the boxes anymore? I believe they got thrown out by mistake....

        if you have the 2 year warranty you will be able to return them to the store for a comprable sku, or possibly the same speakers if they are still in stock.  with the new speakers you will have to re-purchase another extended warranty on them (incase something like this were to happen again) since blown speakers isn't covered under the manufacturers warranty.  you shouldn't need the boxes though.  good luck!!!
