I bought alpine amplifier from best buy 2 weeks ago and connected to my already wired kit..it worked fine for a while but yesterday while I was driving it stopped working (I din't hit any bump, it was on highway)...there is no light on it.
If I take it to best buy will they check it out for me and make sure that all my connection are properly connected for free since I have 4 yrs service plan?
No. The Geek Squad Black Tie Protection plans cover nothing to do with installations. The warranty only covers the item itself and covers the cost of the parts and labor to fix or replace the item if it ever quits working. The car audio installer may look at your system as a courtesy to you, but unless GS installed the system, they are under no obligation to do anything for free.
