Like most large companies who brag about reasonable shipping times to APO address do not care about when your packages arrives.

The agent I spoke with concerning my package advised me I should call UPS to see why my package was not delivered by the projected date given.

I do so, only to find out that I then have to call UPS MI services #1800-500-2224 and of course the roller coaster continues when they inform me I have yet another services # 1-800-275-8777. The result was I was not able to speak with anyone and no tracking information was given.

So I would like to say thanks you for this one-way relationship!!! You get received my money... I received the runaround repeatedly!!

Sounds like amazom.com and best buy have a lot in common. I tried to order some stuff through Amazon, still have not got it.   Thanks Amazon and Best Buy and
