After two months of waiting for my TV to be repaired, I’d be frustrated myself. It sounds like you understand what it means when a part is on backorder, but unfortunately when this happens, we are just not going to be able to get the part until it becomes available. This does not, however, mean we will make our customers wait indefinitely for their repair to be completed if they are covered by a Performance Service Plan (PSP) or Geek Squad Black Tie Protection plan.
