I can imagine why you’d be frustrated! Having to send your laptop out for service is always difficult, and not being provided an explanation of the repair process certainly doesn’t make the situation any easier. I would be equally disappointed under similar circumstances.
So you are aware, it’s been my experience that our off-site service centers can generally complete repairs within a 2-3 week timeframe. Issues such as part availability and service center backlogs may occasionally cause slight delays, but rest assured that we strive to ensure that each and every repair is completed as quickly as possible. Once any necessary work is done, customers are then contacted when their product is returned to the store.
