i purchased the 4 year protection plan on my tv and its been working fine except for the past month. Now the technicial has been out 2 seperate times so far. once to diagnose and the second time to "fix" not 10 minutes later the tv shuts off today. i called the technician and he tried to blame me for it quiting again. then he tells me to call it in and he will order the parts but it will be another 10 days. Why did i pay all the money for a tv and exteneded warranty again? o so it can sit on the wall broken while best buy tries to fix the problem. what a waste of a vacation day today and my time.

Hi cdub302,
This sounds very frustrating, and I’m sure that not having a working TV after the part was installed made it even more upsetting. I will also say that the technician should not have tried to place blame on you for the TV not working, and I truly apologize for this technician’s attitude.
I would like to personally address your issue, and work towards the quickest possible resolution in this TV repair. I am sending you a private message to start that conversation, and to check your messages you should log into the forum; then click on the letter icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
Thanks for posting,
