i purchased a wired razer naga from best buy on 12/29/11, i have a copy of the receipt from purchasing with a rewardzone card, the box, and mouse. The right mouse button was a little stiff today, pushed it down again, and a piece of plastic that connects the button to the contact within the mouse came loose. will best buy replace it or do i need to mail it to razer?
You'd probably have to ask your local store if they can do it or not. In a lot of cases, the store will be able to swap it out for a new one under MFG warranty, but certain products are not available for in-store replacement. Check with your local store, if they can't do it, then send it in to Razer... their wired mice should have a 2yr warranty.
