"Track your Repair" not working

I'm trying to get the repair status on my laptop but when I enter the number it just shows a blank page. If a CC could PM me I will gladly give them my service order number so that I can find out the status of my laptop.

My fiance dropped it off at the store on Dec. 29th. So it's been almost 2 weeks and I'm just wondering what the status is right now.

You can also call into the store and get an update (less than 10 minutes). This will be MUCH quicker than waiting a possible 3-5 business days for a CC to get to your thread.
