We purchased an xbox 360 with an extended warranty as a Christmas gift. Upon being plugged in it wouldn't work. No big deal we'll just take it back for an exchange...OR SO WE THOUGHT! Seven Geek Squad workers surrounded the unit where no one could see what they were doing, opened the unit up and then proclaimed that the warranty hologram that Microsoft puts in the unit was missing and that they couldn't exchange the unit. We called the corporate office and was on the phone with them two different times for about two hours. They called the manager at the local store and encouraged him to exchange the unit but he declined. He then put the blame on Microsoft and said that we needed to contact them that it wasn't Best Buys problem. Then they tell us that the xbox they sold us wasn't even a legal xbox!!!! The manager was extremely rude and refused to help in any way! I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with them but now they have lost a customer!!!! If you choose to buy from them you do so at your own risk!
