I bought an iPod Touch about a month ago, and I was wondering if I could buy the Geek Squad protection thing now?

You say "about a month". Was it more or less than 30 days? If it's been over 30 days, you're out of luck, as you only have within the R/E period to buy it. Otherwise, go into the store with the receipt and it will be added on for you.

Geek Squad Black Tie Protection Plans may only be purchased within the standard return/exchange timeframe of the product.  For an iPod touch, that would be 30 days.
