I bought a cellphone with insurance last november, the salesman offerd me this super insurance for $9.99 a month that was not like others insurance that you need to wait 2 weeks for the replacement, that I just need to bring my cellphone to the store and they will fix it if its possible or give me a new one if not. He also told me that best buy will give me a temporal phone if the phone take more than one day on the shop, I said this is amazing deal and accepted the offer. Today I accidentally broked my cellphone so I went to bestbuy waitting to get a new cellphone o get a replacement while they fix my cellphone, but guest what? Bestbuy said that I have to wait at least two weeks waitting while my phone gets fix or get a new one and if I want a temporal phone I have to deposit $150.00. Thats not what they told me when i bougth this froud. Bestbuy is selling a proteccion that they do not have, thats froud,froud,froud. I had to buy a new phone while I get my fix buy this people that are making money selling what they don't have.

I’m not sure why there would have been any confusion regarding our cell phone repair process, but I can imagine how frustrated you must feel. Your disappointment at discovering that your phone would need to be sent out for service is certainly understandable, especially if you were not aware of this when you purchased your phone and service plan.
