Hi Rawman_25,
It is always frustrating to have a product that needs repair. It’s even more troublesome when you can’t find your receipt and you know that your speakers are covered! I would certainly be upset as well given these circumstances.
Since Insignia products are a Best Buy® exclusive brand, you can bring them to your local store for repair, providing they are covered under manufacturer’s warranty or a Best Buy® Product Service Plan (PSP). However, Best Buy® needs a copy of your receipt to determine whether your speakers are covered by the factory warranty or if you have protection plan coverage.
I would like to have the opportunity to assist you. To start off with, I will send you a private message and gather the necessary information I need from you. In order to check your private messages, you must be logged into our forums, and click on the envelope in the upper right hand corner.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us on the forums and I appreciate your patience as I work with you!![]()
