i got a 2 year warranty for my ipod touch it cost around 70 dollars does it cover a broken screen? cuz my ipod fell and it broke.
and will best buy please hand out warranty papers to every one who buys one! cuz they told me and i qoute " just bring your ipod in and you dont even need the receipt just tell us your phone number and will GIVE YOU A NEW IPOD RIGHT THERE AND THEN" so ofcourse i got it, it wa a great deal, i took my ipod in once cuz it was messing with the volume and got a brand new one i was really happy. next time i when in to get a new cuz it was broken the metal by the volume rocker was was sticking out and i was told that i had to get 7 days to get another ipod that was not even new like i was told when i bought the warranty but a refurbished one, i didnt really need a new ipod it worked fine, it just looked ugly, but one day when the battery died, and i tried to charge it wouldnt turn on so i took it to best buy and had a nerd herd guy look at it, he said they where going to send it in and they will call me in 7 days to come pick up my new ipod well new to me. i waited and waited and the 7 days were up i when got my new to me ipod, it was okay unless you wanna listen to music cuz the speakers sucked and what made me super mad was that when i hooked it up to my speakers it wouldnt work like it so post to, it would only play 1 sec of the song and go to next song or go back which i didnt really like i mean no one would, but since im nice i when to my ihome and it wouldnt even connect or it would do the same thing as my other speakers, and dont even get me started about the head phones it sucks it sounded really bad on 3 diff pair of headphone the ones that came with the ipod my 25 dollars sony and my friends headphones, and tomess with my day up even more the screen broke cuz i droped by acdicent cuz even with crappy music play i still need it to keep track of homework and other stuff, this takes me back to my first question will my warranty cover a broken screen? and could any one tell me which warranty i got? its 2 years around 70 dollars and the person that sold it to me said and i qoute "it covers ever thing" i can even tell you the day i got it it was oct 20 2009. thank you for reading and helping if you do help.

...and I thought I used commas too much.
If they fixed your 2nd issue, which due to physical damage, you should have an ADH warranty. Your iPod will be rapid exchanged and you'll need to wait about 7 days for a new one. Keep in mind that if they do swap it out for you in store - your warranty will be consumed and you'll need to buy a new one on your new iPod.

Greetings,
Based on what you described, it's possible that your service plan may include ADH coverage. Without additional information, however, it’d be difficult to know for certain. I’d be glad to confirm your coverage, so please make sure to check your private messages. You can check your PMs by signing into the forums and then clicking on the letter icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
