I am sorry to hear you are having difficulties calling out N.E.W., our international service line. Since you live in Turkey, follow Nokia’s advice by dialing country’s code + 800-556-56565 to obtain repair information. N.E.W. also has an email address in where you can email BestBuyMgmtIssues@newcorp.com for assistance. Please put "International Customer Reimbursement" in the subject line of the email to make sure that it's routed correctly. Include the following in your email:
(1) Name
(2) Phone
(3) PSP number
(4) Product make & model
(5) Description of the problem
(6) Current location (be specific).
Responses should be received within 2 business days.
For your Product Replacement Plan (PRP), you will be asked to send the product and shipping information. After receiving the unit and verifying the defectiveness, you will be reimbursing the price for the unit, tax and shipping charges in U.S currency.

i am yunus {removed per forum guidelines} is my cell phone number in Turkey.. i bought a samsung N120 netbook from bestbuy in new york city.. it was a display one that s why they adviced me to buy a Product Replacement Plan and i bought it.. Right after i bought it about one day later, i noticed a serious problem.. the netbook often works as i type CTRL button.. it doesnt let me write and the keypad doesnt work and the screen is zooming in&out automatically.. the time i noticed this was just before my flight, in the airport that s why i couldnt go back to the store to return the netbook.. Now i m in Turkey, trying to find the customer service by calling the number that i was given in bestbuy store.. BUT the number they gave me is invalid.. it is my country prefix (+90) and then 800-556-56565.. i wrote about this phone number problem in BB forum and they wrote me to call this number again.. i called many combinations of this phone number, including adding the us code after Turkey prefix, just using the us prefix, just Turkish prefix, no prefix, etc.. This number is invalid in Turkey! I am asking you to assist me finding a phone number of the customer service that can help me fix this d.mn netbook.. my home address here is, {removed per forum guidelines}.. Thank you..
