Hello
I got a service plan for my Xbox360, the console just went down yesterday and im trying to call to make a claim, but im in Mexico and when i try to call, the phone number is not working. Is there an special phone number to call from mexico?
I also try to make a claim online but its a worst nigthmare.
Please help.

I am happy to provide you with additional information on how to file a Product Replacement Plan (PRP) claim. First, make sure that you have your receipt and PRP number on hand, then dial our international team at1-800-627-8735. This number should only be dialed by our customers that are in Mexico; otherwise worldwide should dial their country’s exit code + 800-556-56565. Also, please understand that our international team will have you mail in the product and receipt, then once its verified to be defective, you will receive a reimbursement for the purchase price, tax and shipping charges in U.S. currency.
