I bought some beats by dr dre head phones on a trip to florida about 3 months ago and picked up the 1 year warranty. this week the left headphone has stopped making sound. i live in fairbanks, alaska where there is no best buy how do i follow up on a replacement pair without physically having to enter a best buy

Yes I do have a replacement plan, I was hoping it was as easy as sending them in, they test them and discover they are broken and send me a new pair but I suppose that is most likely just a dream

Will I be able to use the credit online? and will the credit be full so I get all the money I payed back?
