ok got it all sorted out...

I checked it in on the 6th....

on the 11th they finally shipped it out...

heres the 17th and it hasnt made it in for repairs yet...

and its due back in the 23rd...

i have a really bad feeling about this company

I’m Jacob, a Community Specialist with Best Buy Corporate.  I saw your question here and wanted to provide some clarification.

All televisions 30” and up should be serviced in home, not in the store.  The store can still send it out, as you are aware, but it is typically more convenient to have a technician visit your house.  Also, you have a standard plan.  Therefore, you do not qualify for a loaner TV since that is only offered under the premium plan.
