Manufacturer Warranties and Protection Plans

I was flippin g through a first glimpse mag after checking my tv in for repair... i had already left the store..  but i saw that 32 inch tv's and larger qualify for a loaner tv......   I bought the dx32 lcd tv not sure on model number though.  and the 69 dollar psp plan for the tv when it was 429.99 january 17th 2009..

i called the geek fraud of Rogers,arkansas and they ran me around the store to 3 different departments.   ending at home theater saying nope thats only for tv's 40 inches and up. I told him that i saw in the bestbuy maazine that 32 and up gets the premium plan that gets a loaner he said nope/ the new policy went into effect last sunday....  (the day i took my tv in)

so..    is there any hope for a ty i still got 1 day less than 2 weeks to go ... and these firse 3 days have been h*llwithout a tv to watch....

and worst of all./.. its been in geeksquads posession sice sunday afternoon and they still havent got it shipped out yet

On your receipt it would have to say Premium where the warranty is.  You pay more money for the plan and get a loaner TV.  If you did not buy the premium plan I think it will say GSBTPP on it not just GSBTP.

its just a btp plan x( they FINALLY got the thing mout of the store today at 8 30 something in the morning.... o was wondering a bit........

they put condition down as "nwat"  OTHER

i did forget the power cord but took everything else in with me the base the screws that hold er on and so on and so forth..........

i hope its back by the 23rd......

sorry i didnt realize that happened.. my wireless keyboard was just in the out of range zone or something .. and missed some letters..

 No problem.

As I mentioned above you would only get a loaner if you have the GSBTP Premium plan.  The standard plan does not included a loaner TV.
