and stilllllllll nothing has been done. lol corporate has not called me neither has the store or geeksquak and MARTI has not offered nor worked out a solution for me. i wish they could see that i am not gunna give up.

Our Geek Squad agent from the store has left a voice message for you on Sunday, Sept. 11th and is waiting to hear from you. He needs pictures of the damage in order to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please review your private message for more details.

I don't, nor have I ever, worked for Best Buy.

Hydro- What kind of constructive post is that!! Another black eye for Best Buy when people like you post things like that!!!
What he meant by that post was that the OP stated that "corporate has not called me neither has the store or geeksquak[sic]" when the Geek Squad Agent had indeed called and left a message at the customer's voicemail 2 days prior to the OP's post. The post was hinting at the suggestion that maybe the OP should check his/her voicemail before claiming that nobody has called.

i do check my phone and voicemail multiple times a day. there was a voicemail from the same employee that told me he couldnt do anything becuase the manager wont let. now they wanna take a look at it. i dont claim nothing i do have picutres before and after and i have not gotten any calls besides that one the guy left me. lol im not gunna send my computer back n have it come back worse again. i want to know it will be fixed n ill send it back.

Then why not bring those pictures in and even the computer (you don't have to leave it with them if you don't want to) and let them get the information they need to file a claim with the shipping company? That's where I'd start.
