Im tired of not being able to email and getting put on hold and transferred on your phone line. I even called my local store and they gave me the run around and Im highly ticked off. Im honestly considering taking my money elsewhere. Best buy has the worst customer service Ive come across by far.
If anyone does want to do their job and answer the customer's questions, in this case mine, heres the problem:
1) I bought an XBOX and a pair of beats headphones through you guys and paid for insurance on them through best buy in September 2010. The items were stolen in November 2010 and i have a police report stating so. I was wondering if there was anyway i could get that insurance money back since there is nothing being insured. Because honestly, in my opinion, it is unfair not to refund it.
2) I wanted my reward zone number because i dont know where it is.

All Geek Squad Black Tie Protection Plans are returnable. If the exceed the products return period you will receive a pro-rated refund, from the date that you visit the store. All you need to do is present the original purchased receipt at any local Best Buy® customer service desk.
