Manufacturer Warranties and Protection Plans

I bought my laptop over a year ago, and I am currently living abroad. Is it possible to check what my warranty is online. I don't have my receipt but I have my box which has all the information of the laptop (such as the serial number and stuff|). Any help would be greatly appreciated as there is a huge problem with the screen.

None of the info off the box helps. You can call 1888bestbuy or wait on here to get your receipt looked up with your plan numbers and such so that you can check it or start the plan process on bbyintl.com or just https://www.productassist.com/bestbuy/ to look at info about it.

They can find your protection plan information with your name and phone number. They save it all in the system with the info you gave them upon purchase.
