YOUR SEVICE PLAN SUCKS

I BOUGHT A NEW LG VUE AND THE BB INSURANCE JAN. 31 ON JUNE 6 IT WOULD NO LONGER READ THE SIM CARD I TOOK IT BACK TO THE STORE WHERE I PURCHASED IT AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND IT OFF AND THEY WERE OUT OF LOANER PHONES THEY WOULD CALL ME WHEN THEY GO ONE IN THREE WEEKS LATER I FINIALLY CALLED AND THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD ONE FOR ME I WENT OUT THERE ND THE GAVE ME THE 19.99 GO PHONE TO USE IT WOULD NOT UNLOCK AND LETS JUST SAY WHEN I RETURNED IT I TOLD THEM WHAT THEY COULD DO WITH IT. AFTER STILL NOT HEARING ANYTHING FROM THEM I STOPPED BY ON THRUSDAY JULY 4 AND ASKED THEY INFORMED ME THAT ON MONDAY I WOULD QUAILIFY FOR A NEW PHONE AND THAT IF I CAME IN AT TEN AM THEY WOULD FIX THIS SO I DID AS I WAS TOLD AND I HAVE SPENT THE DAY ON THE PHONE WITH BESTBUY AND I HAVE BEEN TO THE STORE THREE TIME AND I STILL HAVE NO PHONE. I WANT TO KNOW WHY BEST BUY THINKS I SHOULD PAY MY BILL ON TIME AND HOLD UP MY END OF A CONTRACT WHEN THEY DO NOT HAVE TO!!!! I WANT MY PHONE OR MY MONEY BACK

First off, typing in all caps is the internet equivalent of yelling, and is considered rude. Please don't do it.

 

Second, you say that you were told you'd qualify for an in-store exchange today, and that you went in to do it. What happened? You left out that part.

How disappointing this must have been for you! I am sorry to hear that your cell phone failed first off and that the repair timeframe provided an additional inconvenience to you. I know I would be very lost without my phone for any amount of time.

I assure you we do try to provide all repairs in a timely manner. There are times however that a repair can be delayed unexpectedly. This could be due to service backlog or parts availability.

With cell phone repairs, we do offer the unique ability to provide loaner phones while yours is being repaired. It is regrettable that this was unable to be provided to you by the store when you turned in your phone for service and that the one provided did not work properly. While the loaner phones may not have the same features as your own phone, these are only meant to get you by until your phone is repaired.
