I bought Assassin's Creed 2 two days ago and it got scratched while i was playing yesterday,
can i get my game replaced for a new one?

I’m sorry to hear that your Assassin’s Creed 2 game got scratched! I’m sure that was quite disappointing to have happen while you are playing a new game you just bought. That’s the last thing I would want to happen when I’m immersed in the plot of such a vibrant game like Assassin’s Creed; it would just kill the thrill.
I’d recommend you consult with your local store regarding a replacement. Our return policy would offer an even exchange for this product if it was deemed to be a manufacturer’s defect; it does not cover products that have been physically damaged. You may also wish to check out Ubisoft’s (the developer of Assassin’s Creed 2) disc replacement program here.
Also, if this is an Xbox 360 game, I have heard that perhaps keeping the console in the horizontal position rather than vertical can help avoid disc scratching. Just a thought if you are running the 360 vertical.
