Xbox Rapid Exchange

If on the check repair status on GeekSquad.com it say that the product has been shipped and closed, does that mean you should have it or the store should have it, or does that mean that it has just begun being shipped back to you?

Re: Xbox Rapid Exchange

When Geek Squad sends an XBOX 360 to our Service Center for a rapid exchange, two SO's are created.

The one your looking up is the one for your defective unit. To find out the status on your XBOX 360 that is being sent to the store for you, call your local Geek Squad store and have them look up the SO from your telephone number, not the SO# you received on the claim ticket.

Re: Xbox Rapid Exchange

Does that mean that as soon as you give them the broken xbox and they call it in to microsoft that your new system should begin shipping as soon as possible, or that they wait until the broken one gets to microsoft to begin shipping it back to you?

Re: Xbox Rapid Exchange

They have to wait to receive the broken unit to verify that the issue is covered.
