So, I went earlier to Best Buy to exchange my Xbox 360 elite console that was the edition that included 2 bonus games is giving me technical errors, specifically the open tray error. I was at customer service and I told the lady I had technical problems, then the lady told me that I needed the 2 games that the xbox came with and told me it was a bundle package, but on the receipt it doesn't say that just XBOX 360 Elite. I originally bought the xbox 3 years ago and I probably sold the 2 bonus games or something. Now I'm stuck with a xbox that won't let me play games because of the open tray disc error and I have the 2 year plan (then renewed) warranty that i paid 99 bucks for.

Whenever Best Buy® exchanges a video game console under either Product Replacement Plan (PRP) or Geek Squad® Black Tie Protection (GSBTP) coverage we do unfortunately require everything that came in the original packaging. Individual stores may occasionally allow customers to keep any additional software that came with the unit, but this cannot always be guaranteed and is only offered at store management’s discretion.
