When i bought the computer the sell person told me to do windows update after I open the computer.
After windows update the computer start fine but on the second restart the windows stuck on the welcome screen of the window and not started the window.
I have tried safe mode with no luck, I have use the F9 recovery procedure (which formatted the windows and reinstall windows) but the problem happen again and now without the windows update(just stuck on the windows login screen after second restart).
I have this computer for one and half month and it worked fine only 3 days from that.
Please tell me how to fix this, and what are my options, since there isn't "best buy' office in Israel, and the only lab in isreal which support ASUS Warranties is ServPro Ltd(in ASUS site declaring they fix asus computer with Warranties ) and they declar they been order by ASUS to not give Warranties fix to computer which bought in bestbuy

I am terribly sorry for the delayed response. I was disappointed to hear about the issues you are having with your recently purchased computer. I definitely understand your frustration. I sincerely apologize that your local ASUS service provider is unable to provide you service. Unfortunately there isn’t anything else we can help do for you since you do not have a Geek Squad Black Tie Protection Plan. We’d be happy to send it out for repair under the manufacturer’s warranty for you but the unit would need to be brought in to one of our stores in the USA. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
