As of today, the Geek squad representatives have rescheduled the extended warranty repair of our washer three times. We are at the beginning of week #3, where special arrangements need to be made just to accommodate for the technician that is supposed to address the problem. It goes without saying, the rescheduling phone calls(from Geek Squad) take place within hours of the scheduled appointment, which besides being infuriating and inconvenient beyond believe, is also very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
That being said, I find your extended warranty to be just a misleading sales practice, designed to fool people into buying a service that Best Buy will not provide in timely manner, which makes the customer fix the problem out of pocket. I am fully aware that is a violation of the warranty agreement, but as of right now, I find it useless to even have. At this point, Best Buy has received the last of my money for any product that it could ever offer.

Day 13 - your tech showed up, without the part of course - not his fault because the part was shipped to a different technician that was off this weekend. Customer service would contact us with the next available time. Altough deliveries are made on Sunday, extended warranty repairs are not. Feel free to interfere, when you find my frustration out of line or uncalled for.

Clarification - Saturday was actually day 13. today is day 15 since the problem was reported.

Message was sent out earlier. Thank you for looking into the issue - any help is appreciated. On that note, I am still expecting a phone call since last Saturday to reschedule a technician with the right parts needed for the repair.

It took 20 days but the problem is resolved and we can do laundry again... it's a good thing!
