I have to admit I was disappointed to hear this, and being without a working refrigerator for any amount of time would be difficult to say the least. The only options we would be able to offer you would be to re-diagnose what it will take to repair the existing refrigerator, or you could get this unit replaced with a comparable model that doesn't exceed the original purchase price.

If you want to continue with the repair let me know, and I will email the management of your technician to see if there is anything that can be done to expedite this repair. If you are instead going to have the unit replaced just bring the confirmation number you were given to your local store, and they should replace your refrigerator with the most comparable model that doesn't cost more than you originally paid us.
