My TV lost its picture lastnight, audio is still fine, but the Picture is not showing.  The menu will not show, etc. 

I am still under the PSP I purchased with the TV in 2006, and was wondering if I am in for a long drawn out affair with this?  Everything I am reading is stating that parts are just not available for these TV's and I do not want to have to keep taking time off work for service appointments to fix a problem that cannot be fixed. 

I have already scheduled my first appointment I am just looking for additional information, such as are there parts available for this TV.

Having your TV break most likely wasn’t a pleasant experience, and I’m sure reading that the parts for these TVs aren’t available isn’t reassuring. It would be difficult for me to take time off of work for TV repair appointments, and I can completely understand the prospect of this not being something you are looking forward to.

I did look into this, and I show you were scheduled to have the issue with your TV diagnosed yesterday 6/29/2010. It looks like the technician was able to order the part needed, and I show you are scheduled to have the part installed on 7/8/2010.

I have to admit that the process for this issue has gone smoothly and quickly. 

As I had read the parts to fix my TV were not available, I was given the authorization number and was able to purchase a replacement TV on Saturday.
