Can someone explain to me why it is going to take Best Buy six days to come look at my washing machine? This is really not fair. Had I known the response time with regards to service agreements I would certainly not have signed up for one and gotten something elsewhere.

Having a non-functional washing machine can be a huge inconvenience, therefore I understand your frustrations in waiting 6 days to have a diagnosis performed. While I do not know the specifics of your area, or how backed up the service provides might be in that area, I would be more than willing to try to obtain an earlier appointment or assist you in getting your unit functioning.
