Re: Warrenty question

They attempt to repair your computer first. If it's not able to be repaired, they replace it.

I think it is if they feel like it or not, don't count on anything getting replaced!

Welcome spartyon!

You ask a good question.  First of all, your Performance Service Plan (PSP) with Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH) or the Premium Geek Squad® Black Tie Protection (GSBTP) plan provide for service if there is a problem with the computer, whether due to manufacturer defect, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.  The unit would only be replaced if it cannot be repaired, is uneconomical to repair, if a delay in the repair (such as parts backorder) becomes excessive, or it qualifies under the No Lemon clause – three qualifying repairs and the diagnosed need for a fourth.

If the computer is to be replaced, the store associates will work with you to select a comparable unit to the one originally purchased, not to exceed the original purchase price.  What that means is that the replacement will have the same or similar manufacturer specs (processor, hard drive, RAM, etc.) as your original computer.

I hope this helps!
