Warranty

I bought some headphones Klipsch and the wireing split.  Is this covered under the manufacture warranty?

I'm sorry to hear that you headphones aren't working.  It really depends because the manufacturer's warranty usually cover normal wear and tear.  Did you purchase a Geek Squad Black Tie Protection plan?  You can bring the headphones into the store and our knowledgeable Geek Agents will be able to assist you.
