I need to cancel the warranty on my computer; is any e-mail or address where I can send a letter certified for the record, because I do not brought this warranty and they  are charging me. If I can help somebody.

If you'd like to cancel your Geek Squad Black Tie Protection plan, then you'll have to bring your receipt to the store.  They'll be able to cancel the plan and give you a prorated amount back for the time left on the plan.
