I have good news for you! As MtnXfreeride mentioned, we are able to keep record of most purchases made by payment method other than cash. Also, if you are a Best Buy® Reward Zone member, then any purchase made using your Reward Zone membership card, even by cash, will be stored in your personal membership account at MyRewardZone.com.
If you are not a current Reward Zone member, don’t worry, we can still try and help with this! Please visit either your local Best Buy® store or contact our Corporate Consumer Relations department at 1-888-BESTBUY (1-888-237-8289) for assistance. In this particular situation however, I may be able to help you personally and have sent you a private message with further details.
One last thing… please don’t forget to get your receipt copy before your one year is up and your warranty expires!
