I bought a sony vaio in 2010 at best buy miami, but I live in Brazil, and my sony had a hard disk problem, I would like to know what i can do to fix my sony vaio is under warranty. thanks and sorry for my english.

Is there a Sony Service depot in Brazil?  Have you tried them to minimize shipping costs?

Unless you purchased the extended Black Tie Protection, it's no longer under warranty and you would need to look at local options for repair.

I do extended garanty ! But sony here at Brazil told me That i should contact best buy um order to hepair...
