My daughter bought a Sony digiital camera 2 months ago and bought the WARRANTY PSP plan. When she took it to the store they said it would be 4-6 weeks before she would get it back and yourcustomer phone service said it would be a month. If that is the case that makes a warranty basically worthless since most people do not want to go that long without a camera especially around the holidays. If this is the case I would never buy camera warranty again. Also the sales rep in Athens Ga told her that it covered everything including liquid spills. The on line description doesn't appear to match with his sales pitch. The telephone rep said her system was down so she couldn't check my daughters warranty after I waded thru the telephone menu and waited 3-5 minutes on line for a reply she had no access to help. Any help would be appreciated.
