Hello, my husband accidently broke his laptop and may need to get it replaced. I can't seem to find the warranty we bought from Best Buy. Is there a way they might have the warranty information in their system? If so, who can I call?

Dear, Bellaboo
We are able to lookup Geek Squad Black Tie warranties at the store of purchase without a receipt. That being said try to be patient with the operations staff as if you make regular purchases there it can take a little digging. Also If you can remember the year and atleast season it was bought in it can help speed up the search for the information.

Hello belleaboo -
I believe I was able to locate your warranty information in our system, using the email you used to register on these forums. I am sending you a private message with the information I have found. To access your private messages, first ensure you are logged into the forums then click the envelope in the upper right hand corner. Thank you!

You can either call 1-888-BESTBUY (237-8289) or call a Best Buy store (which store doesn't matter, any store should be able to look it up), both should be able to look that up for you. As was said before, if you make a lot of purchases at Best Buy please be patient because they are looking through your purchase history to find the information and it could take a little while. Any information you can provide to them with regards to the date your purchased it can help speed up the process.
