Hello,
I purchased a television about 25 days ago, but I did not buy the warranty at the time because I was not sure that I would need it. Today I went in to purchase the warranty because after spending 1,291 dollars, I figured it would be worth it for the 139.99 dollars. This was the price that I was told I would pay when I purchased the TV. Now that I have returned to buy the warranty, the TV has increased in price and place the black tie warranty in a different bracket so I had to pay 179.99. This is not correct. I paid 1,291 for the TV so I should receive the black tie warranty for that bracket right? If I am to receive 30 days to purchase the black tie warranty for my TV I bought then I should receive 30 days, not 30 days while the price changes. Any help you can provide me with would be great because I am certainly not satisfied with the answers I received from the store. "The computer tells me to charge you this much" is not an acceptable customer service experience.
