I looked at your post,s you must work for best buy all of your comment,s are negative to the customer .You say you are there to help .How can you help when you don,t even know the whole story .So thank,s but no thank,s.We are all not as dumb as you might think,please keep your comment,s to yourself And no you are far from correct.

I guess everyone in all the posting,s are wrong and every one in best buy is right. What ever happend to customer service I allways thought it was to help customers and to build good relation,s with the public.according to you,r comment,s we are all lier,s.You ethier use to work there or still do because you talk just like they do in circle,s

You might want to read the response that jimminoman gives to basicly all the complaint,s also fact is ween we purchased our first tv from best buy they screwed up not us that is why the price was less also i have the recipt from the first tv and the manager told us on the reciept that the plan would replace the tv for 1,000 also the tv reg price was 1199 tv we purchased went out they could not fix it so they replaced it for us it was a very good exchange the staff and manager were great .they g
gave us a samsung 50in plasma great tv now we have been having problems so they said it is not economical to repair.and gave us a num to bring to best buy for replace ment spoke to manager mike we told him how it was done last time that they brought the new tv to our home set it up and set the surrond sound back up and took the old one back with them.HE TOLD MY WIFE that he is not going to do nothing for us untll we bring in the old one.HE was not at all prof.in speaking with my wife he asked what the serial num was we were not told to bring in the num my wife asked if they could call the warranty company to see if they had it the girl in customer service called never got the num mind you no problems with her she was great so the manager told my wife if he had to have someone get the num it would cost 70,00 THE tv that was the comp for our,s was 800,00 mind you not the 1000,00 that we were told it would be but we did not complain we were happy now the new comp is a lg we went over and asked a saies girl in tv,s the differance in tv,s she told us lg is on bottom as far as quailty an samsung about second best cost 649.00still not the price of the one we have to return again that is ok you and i know the lg is not comp to the samsung it even has less hdmi input,s I,M SORRY IF YOU TOOK ITWRONG NOT ALL ARE BAD AT BEST BUY BUT SOME ARE AND I,M SURE YOU KNOW THAT so i,m sorry and it was not dirrected at you if you only knew the whole story you would understand don,t you think the people should be honest with the customer put your self in my shoes how would you feel

boiled down, you believe that you should get a tv that potentially exceeds what you paid initially (even considering the cost of the technology has undoubtably dropped), even though the ToS for the plan you paid for specifically states otherwise?

No wrong i beleive they should replace it with a comprable tv .When we bought our first one we bought it not for price we bought it because we liked it and it had what we wanted . best buy screwed up not us so they dicounted it that was there decison so now we start with a tv 1199,00 then 800,00 now 600,00-649,00 and the one they say is comperable is not to the one we have also you have nothing to say because you don,t know what tv i have or the comp they are offering it not the money it is all the b,s we have been told like they depricate or we cant help you till mon we are doing inventory meanwhile customer,s are there buying tv,s and takeing them with them but no time for us to exchange our,s and we were willing to pay the differance for the samsung like our,s witch happen,s to be on the list of comp,s we got from them

WHY CAN,T BEST BUY JUST RETURN THE PURCHASE PRICE I PAID I WOULD LOVE TO TAKE MY MONEY SOME WERE ELSE .IT WAS OUR MONEY THAT BOUGHT THE TV AND WARRANTY .NO ONLY A G.C SO YOU ARE STUCK BUYING FROM THEM
