Very Bad Service from Best Buy Please Read... I am needing help!

Hello!  I have had a Awful experience with best buy in the last month, sad to say... but, I have...

 

Actually I will let you be the judge of my bad experience......

 

On May 24th 2008 we (my husband and I purchased a Fridgidaire refridgerator  from the Burleson, Texas Store.. We purchased the  five year extended warranty.  On August 15th 2009 I woke up to a warm fridge... I called the "geek squad" to schedule a repair and the repair man, peter came out and said he had to order a part.  -- Scheduled a repair for a week later to fix the problem- he cam out on August 25th to place the new part.  He left and claimed that my fridge would be fixed. He told me to wait 24 hours before putting food in.  In that 24 hours the tempurature of my fridge would not go down.  I called the repair people AGAIN and they had to have ANOTHER reapir man come out to fix the problem.  He was BAFFLED and did not understand what  the first repair man did because nothing looked to be repaired.  He explanied to my mother-in-law--- who by the way has had to come to my house and meet the repair man each time... because I have a job and so does my husband.... A big inconvience for her and myself.-- that he would have to order YET another part and schedule another visit for a repair.  He came out to my house yesterday September 9th to fix the problem.  He claimed that he did not understand but, it was STILL not working properly and he would have to order ANOTHER PART and scheduled a repair appointment on September 17th.  He called the manufacture of the part and they said they have had problems with the part and can not guarantee that it will work because these parts have been on back order and there have been over 300 of  these parts recalled to the company.; That will have been ONE MONTH that I have NOT had a fridge in my kitchen...  I have tried SEVERAL times to get a hold of someone to help me and I have even gone up to the store and talked to the manager and they claimed that they can not do anything for me........?........ I have HAD IT!  I can not handle this anymore... I am to the point of getting my money back and going to get a fridge at another store that will back up their products.    I do not want This fridge repaired.  I am afraid that it will not work and I will have to throw away food and loose more money... I can not get anywhere with anyone.. I have talked to Several Supervisors and No one will budge.. I will get a hold of the Better Business Buereau and the local news channels to put in complaints.. has anyone gone with out a fridge in the TEXAS heat for a month... that is not fun and not healthy,  No one cares.. and the manager at the Burleson Texas  store told me that she knows how she feels cause her TV was broke for 2 months... OH MY GOSH.. that is NOT the same and this is very crazy.. I am willing to take this to a higher measure and get a lawyer involved... Thanks for reading!

Even if a person didn’t live in Texas, a month without a working refrigerator would be way too long for any family to be without a refrigerator.

I did look into your repair and it looks like our technician was out on 9/11/2009, installed parts, and determined that your refrigerator is functioning properly. I was glad to see that you finally have a working refrigerator, but I wasn’t happy to see how long it took us to get this repaired for you.
