I had been a loyal customer at the local Best Buy for about 6 years, until yesterday. These are the events that led to not wanting to ever purchase anything from any Best Buy ever. Moreover, I would highly recommend that anyone think twice about purchasing anything from that store. Also do not believe their service plan offers, which I purchased along with all my computers. About a month or so, I returned my laptop to the Geek Squad for servicing. My computer was kept in their possession for about two weeks. Finally after those two weeks, I picked up my computer and took it home, thinking yes my computer is fixed. So I am so excited that the first thing I do is turn on the computer when get home. Well, the computer had the same problem that it had from the beginning. So I returned the computer to Best Buy Geek Squad and I was told it would take another two weeks to get fixed. Now the two weeks have passed and it was time to pick up the computer. But this time I want the computer turned on before I take it home because of the previous experience. Well, the computer was turned on at the Geek Squad center and it was not working properly. As a matter of fact it was worst than when I originally bought it in. The Geek Squad person tried to tell me that they had nothing to do with that new problem, because the original problem had been fixed. Therefore, it was my responsibility to now fix the computer. Please, tell me how this could be my fault when the whole time my computer was under Geek Squad care?
