Television Problem

My TV is a Sharp 60 inch LED. Today I noticed the screen/picture shakes or vibrates slightly up and down continuously. Only the power cord and HDMI cable is hooked up to it since day one. The TV is only about three months old. I have an exended warranty on the tv. Do I contact Sharp or will Best Buy address this issue? Thanks, Scott.

Call 1-800-Geeksquad (1-800-433-5778), and they can setup an in home appointment for repair/diagnosis, if you have the Geek Squad Black Tie Protection.

Check to make sure your HDMI cable is fully plugged in on both ends.

 

 

 

The BBY warranty runs parallel with the manufactuers(which is stupid and bad for you). Since you paid extra for the BTP make sure you get your moneys worth out of it. Do not let them tell you to contact the manufactuer while under the BTP.
