Call 1-800-Geeksquad (1-800-433-5778), and they can setup an in home appointment for repair/diagnosis, if you have the Geek Squad Black Tie Protection.

Check to make sure your HDMI cable is fully plugged in on both ends.
The BBY warranty runs parallel with the manufactuers(which is stupid and bad for you). Since you paid extra for the BTP make sure you get your moneys worth out of it. Do not let them tell you to contact the manufactuer while under the BTP.
