Re: TV

Hi there, Val.  Did you get the Geek Squad Protection on the unit?  If not, don't expect the warranty to do you any good.  Haven't seen a community mod around on these forums in a bit, so it'll probably take one of them a few days to contact you with personal information to try to pull any files.  Would be a bit quicker if you went to or called one of the stores to see if they could pull up information by your name or phone number.

What model TV did you have?  Might be able to find the cost of speakers for you although that wouldn't cover any actual repair costs.

Re: TV

Hello Val32,

Welcome to the forums!

I'm sorry to hear that the speakers stopped working on your television.  I'll be happy to locate your receipt and see if you have a Geek Squad Black Tie Protection plan.  I’ll be sending you a private message.  Make sure you’re logged in, and click on the envelope icon on the upper right-hand corner of the page to check your forum inbox.

Thank you for reaching out to us and I look forward to hearing from you.
