Re: TV Warranty tricks (NOT ACCEPTABLE)

I don't think they should have covered your issue since there were a couple things you could've done prior to the tv falling off of the stand and the stand collapsing itself.

1. Put the tv on an actual table, not one of those pre-fab stands like you said collapsed.

2. CHECKED what was causing the popping noises BEFORE the tv and stand collapsed.

Any sane, concerned consumer would know to not just sit idly by and then come on a forum and whine about 'I spend so much money at this store, blah blah blah' and expect someone to cater to you.

Re: TV Warranty tricks (NOT ACCEPTABLE)

first off, "yousuck" it was not on any "pre-fab" stand. if you stopped and read you would know that. it WAS on the stand that the TV came with. Second, the popping noises i thought was normal after reading on THIS forum that new TV's warm up and COOL off and can make noises (even my new TV pops when cooling). what happend was not one bit USER ERROR.  lmao any sane person? you think that this forum is all that i did? you obviously think you KNOW it all. i went to the store with TV IN HAND. called GS management, called Insignia Manufacture. i did all steps that needed to be done. and guess what. i got a TV again.

how bout you not troll the forum and think that you are gods great gift to this earth with the answer to all questions.

by the way ha ha ha YOU SUCK.
