Ryan called me today and despite a horrible cell phone connection on my end he told me we are going to get it handled. Hopefully I get it squared away tomorrow afternoon, I don't think i am willing to wait for delivery if I don't have to. I have an SUV and the ability to set it up myself.

Thanks for visiting our forums!
After reading your post, I was disheartened to hear how much trouble you have had getting service on your LG range. I would like to offer my sincere apology for the service you have received to date. If I was put in the same situation, I would be frustrated as well. I understand it is tough to be without a range for any extended period of time.
I spoke with our field services team, and they had your unit exchanged due to it being non-repairable. Please check your private messages to see how to go about getting your exchange completed. Thank you so much for your patience.

Got the part today, aside from having to drive an hour each way to get it I am satisfied. I have a working range again finally. I'm thankful for the service I got from Ryan on here but wish I didn't have to come on here to get the level of service that should be in place from day one.
