Sprint evo 4g

I bought an evo phone from the best buy mobile in plaza bonita a year ago and purchased the black tie . Within the first thirty days they exchanged it twice due to the phone not functioning properly n all they say wait it should be fine after thirty days.if I only new I would have not got this phone because it seemed like I was going back and forth wasting my time because it was either the battery or the phone which was wrong. Instead of just changing it they would say oh you past the thirty day and so forth.i was very angry So I had them it out and I got a loner phone but it came back with the same problem where my phine would take bad pictures and then freezes or just blackout. I go back to the store and tell them my concern n all they can say we can sent it out. Its hard for me i have three little kids i have to take with me each time i have to go out to get my phone fix.which shoukd unneccessay.i paid for black tie for a year and i didnt have a my phone fixed.why is this. I have had multiple problems with it where I am very irritated to the point I was In tears. Which made me angry,was having someone tell me oh just wait till dec to upgrade so I said fine Ill suck it up but when that time came they said oh no they changed it till two so. I would have to wait till October of this year...I was def angry.i spoke to sprint directly and they helped me right away with my concern and replaced my phone right away cause i was to point of canceling my service with sprint over an issue with your store. Even before i spoke to them i did talk to the bestbuy mobile and told them but all they said i would have it sent out again and get al loner phone.i really think Having this black tie with best buy was a waste of my money and time. I spent over hundred dollars for bad customer service and very horrible experience.who do I contact to get the black tie removed from my account ASAP and who I would talk to about my awful experience.its funny I never had this happened to me before because we have bought a tv and NetBook and other products and the customer service is great but when it comes to the mobile it's pretty awful where it should be looked at please.thank u

Was the plan in question purchased for monthly billing or did you purchase and pay for the plan all at once?

 

To cancel the monthly plan, you can contact 888.BEST.BUY (888.237.8289). They'll request the cancellation and then you will no longer be billed.

 

If purchased the full plan amount in store, you can have the store return and cancel the plan for a prorated refund.
