I bought a GPS ( tom tom 330s ) for $100.
I used it once to see how it works, and it is repackaged the way I bought it. ( I am brand new to the whole GPS scene. )
The Question is : I used my credit card for this purchase, could I get a refund? ( I found a better deal at Target on Black Friday for $80 for the tom tom 340s )

When did you make your GPS purchase? If it is a gift purchase made after November 1, the GPS would be eligible for our extended holiday return timeframe through January 31, 2010. If purchased prior to November 1, it would have a standard 30-day return timeframe.
Opened GPS units are eligible for a refund; however, you would be charged a 15% restocking fee per our Store Return Policy.
