I have been trying to get my 46" Samsung TV repaired since early December. Between wrong parts being ordered and stalling I still haven't gotten my set repaired. This is a long involved story of people trying to help(BB) to people blowing me off(BB) to people divulging more than what they probably should(service techs)! I think that between what the service techs told me and what the Geek Squad rep said when I told him what they said I might have uncovered fraud toward AIG the underwriter for service plans. Maybe not ; but putting 2 and 2 together always has equalled 4 for me. I just want my TV fixed. Am going to try one more time with trying to get help thru BB before I take this to AIG or upper management in BB.

I was recently contacted by Allen from BB and after hearing of my problems with trying to get my TV repaired he managed to get an ok for me to receive a replacement TV. All I had to do was take my TV in to my local BB with the Confirmation No. that he provided and I walked out with a new TV. Now I didn't just get to pick out Any TV. They do a technology exchange which means you can trade for a comparable set with the same level of technology as the one being replaced. Or, you can take the value of the TV they choose and apply that amount toward another TV. All in all I am happy with the solution that Allen provided. I did purchase a PSP plan on my new TV.
