Service Plan Portal

I have been trying to create account/login to Best Buy's service plan portal and have been unable to.  I have multiple PSP/PRP/GSBTP that I would like to be able to view using this service.  I have tried clicking the sign in using your rewardzone account, and every time I do so it says "You are now being redirected to Best Buy customer care portal" and it brings me back to the rewardzone page. When I try to create a new account, it tells me that my email address is already used and when I try to login using that email, it tells me that my email is linked to a rewardzone account.

I am stuck in this infinite loop and I am hoping to get an answer that will allow me to log in and view all of my PSP/PRP/GSBTPs.  Any/all help is appreciated.

Re: Service Plan Portal

Hi jdjmad,

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention!  I was able to replicate the problem myself this morning, so I’ve reached out to a few of our contacts to see if they’re aware of the situation.  It may take a while to find out if there’s a solution in the works, but I’ll let you know as soon as an update is available.

Re: Service Plan Portal

@Aaron, if I remember right, this is a long standing problem.

I go to the portal page, click RZ sign in, loads, I click sign in, and it takes me back to the same page.

Re: Service Plan Portal

also depends on the browser ... firefox sucks with the portal but internet explorer works fine ... and registering  with ur RZ account fails across the board ...

go to best buy.com

scroll down to warrantys & PSPs

to the right youll see "already covered" below that youll see Visit the Service Plan Portal ›

click that and register on internet explorer it should work.
